Issues Management

General Availability

  • Updated Issues Management APIs: The following updates have been made to Issues Management APIs:
    • The closedDate string has been added to responses to capture the date in which the issue is closed.
    • The minimum length of body parameters has been removed, and the maximum length has been standardized across all Issues APIs.
    • All Issues APIs can be filtered by the system and custom attributes available in the Issue Register.

    • Updated the Get Universal Consent Purposes API to add the reconsent key to the purposes object of the response. This enables you to track the user's consent status over time.
    • Updated the customDataElements object of the Log Consent API to add support for additional value types. Supporting a wider range of data formats, without limiting the API to plain strings, provides improvements in terms of flexibility and system compatibility.

  • New Dedicated Consent Receipts APIs: The following APIs are now available for use to create consent receipts based on consent traffic (bulk vs. non-bulk). These APIs are designed to streamline traffic flow, providing you with improved system modularity and stability, enhanced performance, and more efficient resource allocation.

Fixed

  • Resolved an issue where the Update Data Subject’s Data Elements API was creating new duplicate data subjects when an existing additional identifier was used as the dataSubjectIdentifier header parameter in the request.
